General information
The following information gives a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit our website or use our mobile apps. Personal data is any data that can be used to identify you personally.

The controller responsible for data processing on this website and in the mobile apps we provide is:

2. Data collected on our website (systemwolf-dev.de)
Hosting and server log files
Our website is purely informational (a business card). We do not use cookies or any tracking or analytics tools, and we do not provide a contact form.
Fonts and icons are hosted locally on our own server. No connection is made to third-party servers (such as Google).
When you visit our website, the hosting provider automatically collects information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. This includes:
- File name and URL of the page requested
- Date and time of the request
- Amount of data transferred
- Notification of successful retrieval (HTTP status code)
- Browser type and version as well as the operating system used
- Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
- Anonymized IP address of the requesting computer
This data is not combined with other data sources. It is collected on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and security of the website.
SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the browser's address bar changing from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock icon.
3. Data collected when using our mobile apps
Download via the Google Play Store & in-app purchases
Our apps and any in-app purchases (e.g. for digital add-ons or subscriptions) are provided via the Google Play Store, operated by:
Google Ireland Limited
Gordon House, Barrow Street
Dublin 4, Ireland
When you download an app or make a purchase, Google processes personal data (such as your Google account, payment details and the time of download). We have no influence on this. For more information, see Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Processing for in-app purchases:
All payments are handled exclusively by Google Play Billing. We do not collect,
store or process any bank or credit card details ourselves. We only receive an
anonymized transaction confirmation from Google (e.g. purchase ID, product ID) in
order to unlock the purchased content on your device.
- Legal basis: Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
Local storage on your device
Our apps store settings, user data, game progress and unlocked content exclusively on your device. This data is never transmitted to us or to third parties.
PaceSnap and RunBloom: downloading the coach voices
On first launch, the PaceSnap and RunBloom apps offer a one-time download of the speech models for the coach voices. The files are hosted on GitHub (GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). For technical reasons, your IP address is transmitted to GitHub during the download; no other data is sent. Afterwards, speech output works entirely offline on your device. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (providing the requested feature). GitHub's privacy policy: GitHub Privacy Statement.
RunBloom: run reminders
If you turn on reminders in RunBloom, the app schedules the notifications directly on your device. No data is sent to us or to third parties.
PaceSnap: sharing workouts
When you share a workout, the app creates a link to pacesnap.systemwolf-dev.de. The workout data (name, times, exercises) is placed in the part of the link after the “#”, which browsers do not send to the server. We do not store shared workouts. The page is served via GitHub Pages; when it is opened, GitHub processes your IP address for technical reasons (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). You alone decide whom you send a link to.
4. Your rights as a data subject
Within the scope of the applicable legal provisions, you have the following rights regarding your personal data at any time:
- Access (Art. 15 GDPR): the right to information about your data processed by us.
- Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): the right to have inaccurate data corrected.
- Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): the right to have your data stored by us deleted.
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR): the right to restrict the processing of your data.
- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR): the right to receive your data in a common format.
- Withdrawal of consent (Art. 7 (3) GDPR): you can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future.
